Load up this yoga flow when your energy is flagging in the midday. The routine is not very vigorous (no sweating), but does include some moderate level balancing poses. There is a short segment at the end that requires a mat or towel for laying on the ground. The entire routine is less than 16min, including a wind down. It is very easy to fit into the day. Remember, you don’t always need a full hour long yoga practice. If you have a few short routines in your arsenal it will ensure that you don’t skip yoga entirely. Commit yourself regularly to just 5, 10, or 15min. In time, you can add on more. I’ve also created a music playlist on YoutTube to pair with this specific flow.
